Dr. Seuss said, "Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory." With the Holidays right around the corner, Graduation Day for the Class of 2014 is bitter-sweetly approaching. Where has time gone? As I reflect back to [my] Senior year ('08 DON'T Hate! haha), I remember it going by in the blink of an eye! I'm sure the current Seniors as well as all former Seniors can attest this to be true. Johnson Family

It was an extremely gloomy and rainy day last Saturday. We had scheduled this shoot a month ago, and I know that my girlfriend, Ani was very skeptical about continuing with her shoot or not. I literally {prayed} all week that it wouldn't rain during our shoot and although it poured all through Hair and Make-up and the "getting ready" process, as SOON as I started shooting, the rain stopped. I'm so grateful that we were able to have such a successful and BEAUTIFUL shoot because as you can see, the lighting on cloudy days are just absolutely PERFECT!!! It did drizzle a little off and on but for the most part, the weather and lighting was perfect :)

Mama RaRa!

Motherhood, such a beautiful gift us women are blessed with. The opportunity to create a life that grows inside you is just too amazing to fathom! The other day I got to shoot this radiant soon-to-be mama who also happens to be someone I grew up with and look at more as a sister than a girlfriend ;)

I still can't believe you're gonna be a Mama, RaRa! I wish you a smooth labor and delivery when Baby Girl decides to make her debut. Until then, get allll the rest you possibly can because I {promise} you, you're going to miss it. Haha.

Bonnie Brady

Pare (My Hair & Makeup Artist) and I got the chance to collaborate with our good friend Kehau Tuifua for her most recent "Ford Fiesta Mission". Kehau had people submit entries of either themselves or they could nominate someone they felt deserved a full blown makeover. The winner was Bonnie Brady who was nominated by her daughter Naia! Kehau took Bonnie to get her nails done, hair done, AND go on a Shopping Spree! Then Pare and I went with Kehau to Ewa Beach so that we could give her one of our Photo Shoot experiences with Hair and Makeup Pampering! Here are some of my faves :)

We had such a WONDERFUL experience helping Kehau out with her Fiesta Mission #5! Aunty Bonnie, you were sooooo much FUN to work with. Thank you for the never ending laughs. Hope you enjoyed your Photo Shoot :)
